- Nicholeen and Spencer Peck are parents to four wonderful children and previous foster parents of many. They even opened their home to the BBC television crew to make a reality TV/documentary of their family, even though the only TV they get is one family movie night per week. Spencer is a dedicated father and husband who believes that working together, as husband and wife, is one of the key things to making home joyful. Nicholeen is passionate about making her home better and better, and spends a lot of time helping other families solve problems in their homes too. The Pecks have been teaching about self-government for 11 years and have written a book called Parenting A House United: Changing Children's Hearts and Behaviors by Teaching Self-Government.
