This year we are pleased to announce a special parenting seminar, co-sponsored by TJEd Marketplace and presented by the Arbinger Institute:
“The Choice in TJEd Family Leadership”
In this seminar, adapted for a Thomas Jefferson Education audience, we will shed a bright light on the process and condition of self-deception.
The High School Essay Intensive seminar is an excellent way to get immediate experience and inside tips on how to do your best on the timed essay section of the ACT and SAT tests. The future trend for college admissions indicates that the essay section of the ACT exam will no longer be option. Participants will actually write two full essays, carefully study and then apply the College Board evaluation criteria to sample essays, while receiving a detailed booklet of resources and lesson plans for continued practice. Although this seminar is specifically designed for those who will be taking the SAT or ACT and will be submitting college applications, it is also useful for general writing practice, tools and tips.
The TJEd Marketplace Leadership Summit serves as a meeting place to facilitate communication, cooperation, training and networking among leaders of organizations whose agenda is to support leadership education and move the cause of liberty. This annual summit will address both leadership and management issues that challenge today’s leaders, and provide an opportunity to network and build valuable and meaningful relationships.
