Local communities, whether based on geography, lifestyle or a common philosophy can be an invaluable resource for building families and individuals. Although we typically identify statesmanship as a key element of national and international affairs, the impact of statesmanship within local communities, whether as an effective leader or member, is huge. In this presentation, we will explore the pitfalls, the triumphs and the healing of community through the art of statesmanship.
